Erskine Central Industrial Park is strategically located in western Sydney’s industrial heartland at Erskine Park, 44 kilometres from Sydney’s CBD and just minutes from the M4 and M7 motorways.

The 24 hectare site is owned by Valad Property Group. Zoned for industrial and manufacturing uses, it is ideal for a broad range of general warehousing and light industrial uses.

Erskine Central Industrial Park is being built in 4 stages over a 3 year period. Construction of Stage 1, comprising warehouse and office space from 10,000 m2 to 25,000 m2, is now complete and ready for occupation. When all stages are complete, total building area will be approximately 126,000 m2.
